Particulars of Post(s) Assistant Engineering Adviser (Power) (BS-18), Office of the Chief Engineering Adviser/ Chairman Federal Flood Commission, Ministry of Water and Power

Qualifications for Posts

i. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University/ Institution. ii. Five (05) years post qualification experience in Planning, Design or Construction of Hydroelectric or Thermal Power Stations or High Voltage Transmission Systems or Distribution System in BS-16 and above or equivalent in a Government/Semi Government/ reputable private organization. Civilian Medical i. MBBS or equivalent qualification Practitioner (CMP), recognized by the Pakistan (BS-17), Ordnance Corps, Medical & Dental Council. Ministry of Defence. ii.Registration with PMDC required.

Test Specification Objective Type Test (MCQ) Professional Test=100 marks

Objective Type Test (MCQ) Part-I English = 20 marks Part-II Professional Test=80 marks

Note: - In cases of BS-16 to 19 where number of applicants is less than ten (10) per case, the Commission reserves the right to dispense with the written test and call the candidates for interview directly, after determination of their eligibility in terms of advertised conditions.
