DESCRIPTION/APPLICATION The AD-1 Tension Packer is a compact, economical, retrievable packer.. Primarily packer Primarily used in water waterflood flood applications, this packer can also be used for production and/or tre treati ating ng ope operat ration ions. s. It is used used where where a set-down packer is impractical. Since the AD-1 is tension set, it is ideally suited for shallow wells where set-down weight is not available. The ADL-1 Tension Packer is a large-bore version of the Model AD-1. The packer offers the same features and benefits as the Model AD-1 and running and retrieving operations are the same.

DESCRIPTION/APPLICATION The Model G Packer is an economical compression set packer intended for lower pressure production applications. It is set by one-fourth turn right-hand rotation. Release is accomplished by straight pick up of th the e tu tubi bing ng.. If it is ne nece cess ssar ary y to move move the packer further downhole after the release, one-fourth turn lefthand rotation will put the tool back into the running position.
