After due consideration the management has decided to accept your resignation, please note your last working date would be 06.04.2013. Please return all company property to your Department Head on the last day at the close of working hours, subject to which your full and final settlement will be effected. We would like to draw your attention to clause No 10 of the appoin appointme tment nt letter letter dated dated 20.05. 20.05.200 2008 8 which which deals deals with with mainta maintaini ining ng confidentiality of technical and other information that you have come to possess during your service with the company. We expect you to honor this clause and maintain complete secrecy. If it is discovered in future that you have acted contrary to above, the company will be compelled to seek appropriate legal remedy.
