Ans. I have been involved in the following extra-curricular activities: a) Organising cultural event at Bharat Institute of Technology during my bachelor’s degree in March 2007. My responsibilities were to arrange location, events, gifts, refreshments, transportation, decoration and last but not least inviting students, faculty members, staff, and guests of BIT as well as other institutes in the city. I have successfully made all arrangements two days before the event. I developed, motivated and guided my team for arranging all the tasks on time. b) I have arranged an International IT Summit during my Job at Amity University, Noida, India on 22nd and 23rd January 2010. My main responsibilities were to arranging seminar halls, media, advertisements, inventing companies and other university students and staff members. Many top MNCs came to attend the IT Summit like EMC2, Tech Mahindra, HCL, NTPC, IT Delhi, etc. This event was very appreciable by media like CNBC, Times of India, Amar Ujala, etc.

1. Very first I will access to Accenture`s waiting room website where I can get complete information about the company, technologies, etc. Also I will be

able to make contacts or network like friends/colleagues, helpers, guides, etc. This will help me in gaining knowledge and increasing my social and professional network which will be helpful during my job. 2. Every person would like to improve their personal, technical and management skills. Many of the skills are paid which one could not afford but Accenture spent US$ 400 million in training and development every year which excites me lot because a company which can spent such amount on training that must develops the skills of their staff. 3. Accenture provide ongoing support via online personal development tools. Self-directing learning is also available at Accenture. Plenty of opportunities are available to progress and to challenge our thinking. 4. Best thing I like about Accenture is that they provide personal counsellor to make our career goals happen. Every year, I and my career counsellor draft my Personal Development Plan in ensuring that my career stays on track. They will guide me, check my progress at regular intervals, and work with me to ensure that I reach my achievable goals. 5. Accenture provides significant rewards for the people with the talent. Everyone get same chances of success. 6. Accenture commits for better future, bringing positive and lasting change to benefit the community, the environment, our workplace and the marketplace in which we operate. We should always do something for our world and society to make it beautiful and healthy.

We can consider the example of following clients: Unilever, Jelly Belly, EDF Energy, Microsoft Xbox, Mercedes-Benz, Lloyds TSB, Virgin Media, Warner Bros.

Accenture gives us freedom and lots of time to make social network, learning existing and new technologies. In short Accenture feels the feeling of their new joiner`s and so they would not like give any type of burden on their shoulders. Accenture wants to take out work from their staff with joy. 2. Two week training at Chicago, USA. Analyst training program may be carried out at London for three weeks. This training will improve our technical skills which includes programming and Accenture development methodologies. Complete training will go for 6-12 months. 3. Making challenging things easier and possible. 4. Developing Proposals. 5. Designing and re-designing business processes. 6. Applying new technologies to make project simpler and efficient. 7. Use of SAP and Oracle. 8. Understanding Business Patterns 9. Making new right strategies and decisions at right time quickly. 10. As Analyst we have to work on strategy and technology projects.
