1 Scope This standard specifies the dimensions, tolerances, required characteristics and the mass of a blind, 100º flush shear head, self-locking rivet for nut plate installation or tacking purposes in aerospace applications..

3.2
Material and surface treatment
The material and surface treatment shall be in accordance with table 3. These blind rivets will be supplied in lubricated condition and must not be degreased prior to installation.
