Allgemeine Reparaturhinweise General repair instructions
Achtung! Nachfolgende Hinweise bei allen Reparaturarbeiten an Hydraulikaggregaten beachten! Attention! Observe the following notices when carrying out repair work at hydraulic aggregates!
Alle Öffnungen der Hydraulikaggregate verschließen. Close all ports of the hydraulic aggregates.
Alle Dichtungen erneuern. Nur ORIGINAL BRUENINGHAUS HYDROMATIK -Ersatzteile verwenden. Replace all seals. Use only OR IG I NAL B R U E N I NG HAUS HYDROMATIK spare parts.
Alle Dicht- und Gleitflächen auf Verschleiß prüfen. Achtung: Nacharbeiten an Dichtflächen z.B. durch Schleifpapier kann die Oberfläche beschädigen. Check all seal and sliding surfaces for wear. Attention: Rework of sealing area f. ex. with abrasive paper can damage surface.
Hydraulikaggregate vor Inbetriebnahme mit Betriebsmedium befüllen bzw. entlüften. Before start-up fill up hydraulic aggregates with hydraulic oil respectively deaerate.

A8VO 107 LA0KH3 Wellendichtring einpressen. Den Verschlußring am bearbeitenden Bund auflegen. Press in shaft seal.
Scheibe, O-Ring einlegen, auf bündiges Anliegen achten. O-Ring und Staublippe des Wellendichtrings einfetten. Fit shim and O-ring, make sure there is a snug fit. Grease O-ring and lips of shaft seal.
Verschlußring montieren, nachsetzen. Fit front cover.

Triebwelle abdichten Sealing of the drive shaft

Triebwelle abkleben. Protect drive shaft. (e.g. tape).
Sicherungsring und Scheibe ausbauen. Remove retaining ring and shim.
Blechschraube in die mit Gummi gefüllten Löcher eindrehen. Mit Zange WDR herausziehen. Screw in sheet metal screw into the holes fitted with rubber. Pull out seal with pliers.
Dicht- und Staublippe, Wellendichtring leicht einfetten. Wellendichtring und Scheibe mit Montagehülse einpressen. Einpresstiefe beachten! * Marke für Einpresstiefe. Sicherungsring einbauen. Press in shaft seal ring and shim with bush to stop. Take note of press-in depth! Install mark for press-in depth of safety ring. Lightly grease the seal, dust lips and shaft seal ring.

Reglergehäuse demontieren Remove the control housing
Einbaulage festhalten (kennzeichnen). Befestigungsschrauben - Anschlußplatte lösen und ausbauen. Mit Hilfsmittel (Kran) Anschlußplatte abheben. Steuerlinsen können herausfallen.
Mark installation position. Loosen fixing screws of port plate and remove the port plate. Lift the port plate away with a crane. Control lenses can fall down.
Papierdichtung entfernen, Dichtfläche säubern. Remove paper seal, clean sealing surface.

Klemmschraube ausbauen und erneuern. Kleber mit "weicher" Flamme lösen (ca. 120o C).
Remove locking screw and replace with a new locking screw. Loosen adhesive with a "gentle" flame (approx. 120o C).
Schwenkzapfen lösen und ziehen. Loosen swivel pin and then remove it.

Lösen der Schrauben ist nur möglich, wenn Triebwelle im Ölbad oder Heißluftofen circa eine 1/2 Stunde auf max 120o C erwärmt wird. Schrauben zügig ausdrehen.
Loosen of the screws is only possible if the drive shaft is warmed up at a temperature of approx. 120o C 1/2 hour in an oil bath or heat air furnace. Screw out the screw quickly.

* Bolzen in Zahnrad eingepresst. (Fester Preßsitz). Nur mit hydraulischer Presse demontierbar.

Triebwerke montieren Re-fitting the rotary group Die Gewindebohrungen müssen frei sein von Öl, Fett, Staub oder anderen Verschmutzungen, welche die Schraubensicherung gefährden. The threads must be free of oil, grease, dust or any other contaminants which may impair the locking of the screws.
Rückzugplatte mit Kolben und Mittelzapfen einsetzen. Schrauben mit Precote-Beschichtung verwenden.* Anziehdrehmomente siehe Serviceinfo Fit the retaining plate with pistons and centre pin into place. Use screws that have a Precote coating. * For tightening torques, see service information.
Federteller 1 und Tellerfedern 2 mit Fett lagerichtig einkleben. Fit the spring plate 1 and cup springs 2 into their correct position (and orientation) using grease to hold them into place.
Die richtige Schichtung. Ensure that all of the parts are assembled in correct order and orientation.
Kolben einfädeln. Weiche Unterlage verwenden Beschädigungsschutz! Beide Triebwerke so vormontieren (Mit Haltevorrichtung festhalten!) Insert pistons into the cylinder. Using a soft surface as a support to prevent the sliding surfaces from being damaged. Pre-assemble both of the rotary groups in this manor.

Pumpe montieren Pump assembly
Gehäuse auf ca. 80o C erwärmen. Warm up the housing to approx. 80o C.
Vormontiertes Triebwerk 2 einsetzen, auf Zahnmarkierung achten. Insert the pre-assembled rotary group 2, taking into account gear tooth markers.
Triebwerk 1 einsetzen. Zahnmarkierung ausrichten. Insert rotary group 1. Align the marked gear teeth.
Zahnmarkierungen stehen sich gegenüber. The gear tooth markers must coincide.

Montagehinweis: Rückzugkraft Triebwerk nach dem Einbau ins Gehäuse auf Anschlag drücken. Gehäuse von Montagetemperatur (ca.80oC) auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen lassen.
Assembly guideline: Retaining force After the rotary group has been fitted into the housing, it has to be pressed in until the end stop is reached. Allow the housing to cool down from its assembly temperature (approx.80oC) to room temperature.
Abstimmung hydr. Teil des Triebwerks Abstimmung Pos. D erfolgt mit Federteller verschiedener Höhe, so daß sich beim eingebauten Triebwerk im Gehäuse zwischen Mittelzapfen und Federteller das Spiel ergibt.
Adjustment of the hydraulic component of the rotary group The adjustment of dimension D is carried outusing spring plates of differing thickness, so that the correct clearance is achieved between the rotary group which is fitted in the housing and the centre pinand spring plates.

Meßvorgang Vier Umdrehungen an der Meßuhr nach unten drehen. Kontrolle: 2 mm Spiel, Meßuhr "Null".
Measuring procedure Turn down by 4 turns on the dial gauge. Check: 2 mm clearance, set dial gauge to "Zero".

Meßvorgang: Weiter nach unten drehen bis Hemmung auftritt. Meßwert ablesen.

Schwenkzapfen lagerichtig montieren. Aushärtezeit und Anziehdrehmoment beachten. Fit the swivel pin into correct position and orientation. Take the hardening time and tightening torque into account.

1 1. Lager in Gehäuse einpressen. 2. Zwischenrad über Nebenabtriebsöffnung einsetzen, ausrichten. 3. Bolzen in Stickstoff unterkühlen, einsetzen. 4. Lager einpressen.
1. Press in bearing into housing. 2. Install and align the intermediate wheel through side drive opening. 3. Cool down the bolt with nitrogen and place it. 4. Press in bearing.

Die Werte gelten für Schaftschrauben mit metrischem ISO-Gewinde nach DIN 13 Teil 13, sowie Kopfauflagemaßen nach DIN 912 Zylinderschrauben, DIN 931 Sechskantschrauben mit Schaft bzw. DIN 933 Sechskantschrauben mit Gewinde bis Kopf.
Bolts (to N 08.001) The values stated are valid for bolts with metric ISO threads to DIN 13 part 13, as well as head areas to DIN 912 socked head cap screws, DIN 931 hexagon bolt or DIN 933 hexagon bolts with threads up to the head.

Hydraulic equipment
1. Hydraulikanlage steht unter hohem Druck! Unter hohem Druck austretende Hochdruck-Flüssigkeiten (Kraftstoff, Hydrauliköl) können die Haut durchdringen und schwere Verletzungen verursachen. Daher sofort einen Arzt aufsuchen, da anderenfalls schwere Infektionen entstehen können!
1. Hydraulic equipment is standing under high pressure. High pressure fluids (fuel, hydraulic oil) which escape under high pressure can penetrate the skin and cause heavy injuries. Therefore immediately consult a doctor as otherwise heavy infections can be caused.
2. Bei der Suche nach Leckstellen wegen Verletzungsgefahr geeignete Hilfsmittel verwenden!
2. When searching leakages use appropriate auxiliary devices because of the danger of accidents.
3. Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage diese unbedingt drucklos machen und angebaute Geräte absenken!
3. Before working at the hydraulic equipment, lower pressure to zero and lower working arms of the rnachine.
4. Bei Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage unbedingt Motor abstellen und Traktor gegen Wegrollen sichern (Feststellbremse, Unterlegkeil)!
4. When working at the hydraulic equipment, absolutely stop motor and secure tractor against rolling away (parking brake, shim)!
5. Beim Anschließen von Hydraulikzylindern und -motoren ist auf vorgeschriebenen Anschluß der Hydraulikschläuche zu achten!
5. When connecting hydraulic cylinders and motor pay attention to correct connection of hydraulic flexible hoses.
6. Bei Vertauschen der Anschlüsse umgekehrte Funktionen (z.B. Heben/Senken) - Unfallgefahr! 7. Hydraulikschlauchleitungen regelmäßig kontrollieren und bei Beschädigung und Alterung austauschen! Die Austausch schlauchleitungen müssen den technischen Anforderungen des Geräteherstellers entsprechen! Öle, Kraftstoffe und Filter ordnungsgemäß entsorgen!
6. In case of exchanging the ports, the tunctions are vice versa (f. ex. lift-up/lower) - danger of accidents! 7. Check hydraulic flexible hoses regularly and replace them in case of dammage or wear! The new hose pipes must comply with the technical requirements of the machine manufacturer! Orderly disposal or recycling of oil, fuel and filters!
