Travelling with bags? Acceptance of baggage closes 30 minutes before scheduled departure. We recommend you present baggage at the Bag Drop counter 45 minutes before scheduled departure. 1. Proceed directly to a dedicated Bag Drop counter. 2. Present your online boarding pass and a customer service officer will process your bags. Important: If you arrive at the Bag Drop counter after acceptance for baggage has closed you will not be able to board the flight. Getting away on time!
Proceed through security, check the airport displays for your departure gate number and proceed to your gate at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Jetstar is committed to departing on time and knows this is important to your plans.
Cabin baggage: You can carry 1 piece of carry on baggage not exceeding dimensions 56cm (width) + 36cm (height) + 23cm (depth). Eg Overnight bag, laptop bag or briefcase, plus 1 small item such as a handbag, coat, small camera or umbrella to a maximum of 10kg. Some items can not be accepted as part of your carry on baggage.

JetSaver Light: JetSaver Light fares have no checked baggage allowance. Passengers with more than the applicable carry on baggage allowance will need to check in baggage and charges will apply.
