Protection Reiki Empowerment This attunement works to surround you with protection to prevent others from draining your energy. Whether you are a Lightworker, caregiver, or just need some extra protection from negativity, this attunement will be helpful to you. Most of us have known people that just seem to drain our energy. These people are actually Energy Vampires. They suck the life right out of you. When they leave, you are left feeling tired and fatigued. These people are actually draining your energies and often they do not even realize they are doing it. You will notice that Energy Vampires will always seem to feel better after spending time with you. This attunement will put you in a circle of protection to prevent others from draining your energies. Energy Vampires are those people who always complain about everything, try to get you caught up in emotional issues, and tend to stir up trouble and chaos. They can drain your energy while visiting you in person, talking to you on the phone, through emails, and personal letters. They do not always intend to cause harm or drain your energies, but the truth is that they often do. Their thoughts are always negative, and they may be co-dependent personalities. Lightworkers and caregivers are often subjected to a great amount of negative energies when working to help others. These negative energies can drain you and often linger in your mind to continue draining your energies. Over time, you may become ill because your energy is drained away and your immune system weakened. Using Protection Reiki Empowerment will surround you with a shield of protection to block negativity and prevent others from draining your energies. This allows you to help others without being drained. The energies of this attunement come directly from a strong connection to Spirit, so that you are able to send healing and comfort others by drawing on the Source energies, rather than your own personal energies. This will help you to provide stronger healing to others, while keeping your own energies strong and powerful.

Protection Reiki Empowerment Symbol The symbol is drawn as a spiral within a circle of white. The colors in the picture represent the elements: Earth (green), Air (yellow), Fire (red), and Water (blue). You do not need to draw the spiral in these colors—they are represented in the basic spiral drawing inside a circle of white light protection. You can visualize the colors if you choose to use visualization to enhance the energies. To use this symbol, you can draw it in your palms and write your name or the name of those you want to protect in your palms with your finger, and then place your palms together. Visualize yourself in the center of the spiral, surrounded by the circle of pure white light protection. Hold the energies for at least 30 seconds. Doing this will surround you with protection from negativity. Extra Protection Layer If you feel the need for extra protection, which can happen if you are going somewhere that holds a lot of negative energies, or where you know someone who is very negative and draining will be present, you can raise your hands in the air, clap them once, and say, “Shields up! Thank you!”

This allows the Archangels to automatically surround you in a circle of protection. This circle is shaped more like a bubble, enclosing you completely so that no negativity will be allow to touch you or drain your energies. I have used this energy many times, and you may feel the air become cooler and lighter within your circle of protection. I personally notice that when I use this method, I do not feel drained at all. Using this method helps also to keep you clear, so that you do not become emotionally involved. The result is that you are able to do your healing work or help those you care about, without being emotionally drained. You stay grounded and do not become caught up in the emotional chaos or “drama” of it all.
To Receive the Attunement to Protection Reiki Empowerment Be sure you can have about 20 to 30 minutes of quiet time where you will not be disturbed and get comfortable. When you are ready, take 3 deep breaths, exhaling slowly to expel any negative energies or tension, clearing your energies before beginning your attunement. When you are ready, say, “I accept this attunement for (name of attunement, “Protection Reiki Empowerment”) from (your teacher’s name) now.” Then just relax and allow the energies to flow in and enjoy your attunement.
To Send This Attunement for Protection Reiki Empowerment: The Protection Reiki Empowerment attunement is sent by intention in the way that works best for you. You can pass this attunement distantly or in person. You should always pass attunements in the way you feel guided, because each person is different and the most powerful way for you to pass this attunement will be in the way that you feel most comfortable with. Get comfortable and take three deep breaths, exhaling slowly. Then say, “I ask that (name) be attuned to (name of attunement) on (date and time). Thank you! And so it is.” Then just allow the energies to flow through you and to the person being attuned. There will be no ill side effects of this attunement. You may experience a feeling of warmth and an overall sense of peace. You may or may not see colors or visions. You may or may not receive messages during the sending or receiving of this attunement.
