1. 4G LTE RNO Cluster Optimization - Analyze logfile with Genex Assistant and Genex Probe as well - Creating neighour relationship in LTE with M2000 - Optimization regarding low throughput with modyfing PDCCH parameter - Power Optimization if needed with modifying PDSCH power - Creating a cluster report and analyze the bad spot area - Monitoring performance using M2000 such as average download per day / drop call performance, etc. - Make monitoring in OSS part such as daily KPI and the other oss report - Do optimization at field if needed. - Make coverage prediction using Unet and some analysis 2. • Monitoring KPI • Make KPI Report • Providing Solutions in order to improve KPI (RRC Conn.Succ.Rate, Erab Drop Rate, HO Succ.Rate Interfreq, HO Succ.Rate Intrafreq, etc.) • Physical Tuning ( Azimuth, Tilting, Antenna Height ) • Support VIP Complaint and Event • SON – X2 Configuration, ANR (Neighbour addition), ANR (Neighbour Delete Auto), Automatic Inventory, MRO, Load Balancing, Energy saving • Throughput and Spot Optimization • Drive test Cluster Level for RSRP – RSRQ – SINR Analysis • Throughput and Latency Testing – UDP and TCP Scenario • LTE Idle Strategy , Priority Setting • Coverage and Capacity Analysis • Load Analysis for Impacted Throughput • Capacity Analysis (RB, PDCCH Utilization and User) to Expansion Input • Service Improvement (DL and UL Throughput) related Densification TDD and FDD Sites • Cluster Optimization - KPI Improvement • Customer meeting and coordination, final reporting. • TAC/TAL Border Cell Base Optimization. • Capable to use Nemo, TEMS for Post Processing Analysis. • Weekly performance monitoring and audit for Unnecesary NCL Definition to reduce fake alarm PCI Conflict.. • Limiting Poor RF condition for improve Accessibility, Mobility, Retainability and Capacity issue. • Cluster Optimization Engineer by analyze Bad spot based on Timing Advance performance database and Drive Test result. • DL and UL Throughput optimization with Capacity Analysis and parameter adjustment (PDDCH optimization, ICIC, SCH Power Control, SRS Configuration, CQI timer adjusment, Target BLER, Scheduling Optimization and Handover Threshold adjustment). • Coverage and SINR optimization with physical tunning and parameter adjustment (RS, PB, PA, CCU and CEU). • LTE Cell Tracing. • LTE Capacity Paging Analysis. • LTE Coverage Assurance (RSRP & SINR) to meet with KPI target.
