1. 2 ml of each food sample is poured into a test tube 2. 1 ml of 20% sodium hydroxide solution is the added to each of the food samples and shaken well 3. A few drops of 1% copper(II) sulphate solution are then added slowly to each of the mixture 4. Each mixture is shaken well and allowed to stand 1. Put 5 drop of DCPIP solution into food samples ( 1m )
