What is an Empath?

An intuitive empathy is a special person who has the gift of emotional, mental, spiritual and or physical energetic sensitivity. The empath’s world can be very challenging because of this sensitivity. Many empath's struggle because they can literally lose themselves in the emotions and thoughts of other people. The empathy feels, perceives and experiences other people and their moods, emotions, motivations, intentions, thoughts, pains, etc.

About the Empath Protection Activation and Clearing.

This activation and clearing is given to us from Spirit so that empath’s can move forward with peace, tranquility, awareness of their body, and remain grounded. It will shield and protect from taking on the negative energy of others so that one’s own energy can be managed, controlled, turned off when needed and create light energy using the power of the Mind.

The Empath Protection and Activation Clearing will enable one to not only manage the empath nature but adapt to it and control

it and modify the intensity of the experience. This system is guided by simple intention.

Anyone can use this system so that one is no longer unconsciously influenced by the thoughts, emotions and moods of others. It will clear any negative behaviors that have been adopted as a result of negative emotions and sensitivity to others such as addictions to alcohol, drugs, sex, etc.

This system will allow one to close oneself so that one is not constantly available to process other people’s negative feelings and energy. It will bring in the energy of self love so that one can put oneself first and others second so that one is a strong, powerful, clear, clean and healthy empath.

The energy of this system will elevate one’s mental outlook. The activation will provide protection and defense against the negative emotions and energy of others so that one is no longer plagued by overwhelming floods of other people’s energy.

The clearing will make the aura strong and healthy so that the negative energies will be repelled and transmuted. The activation

will increase one’s Light so that negative energy cannot exist in the presence of the tremendous Light within and all around one.

One will experience an increase in positive strengths, calming of the mind, mastering of one’s energy, clearing of the chakras and greater connection to one’s Spirit Guides and Angels. The clearing will move out old, stale, stagnant energy and replace it with fresh, new, positive energy. All negative energy of others will be washed away by the clearing process.

Usage of the Empath Protection Activation and Clearing.

The Empath can be used anytime it is needed. It can be used to shut off or to reduce the degree/intensity/volume of empathy. There are no symbols used. This is activated by simple intention statements.

If one wants to shut of empathy and activate a shield against negative energy and emotions of others all one has to do is state a simple intention to do so. One would state aloud or silently, “Using the energy of the Empath Protection activation and clearing system I turn off empathy and activate Shield.” Should one want to turn empathy back on a simple intention statement to

that affect will turn empathy back on. Keeping ones shield up is always good but you can turn it off should you choose.

One can also simply reduce the degree/intensity/volume of empathy of empathy with a simple intention statement. One could state aloud or silently, “Using the energy of the Empath Protection Activation and Clearing System I turn down the volume of empathy to a level that serves my Highest Good.” You could restore it to its normal level by a simple intention statement to that affect.

If you wish to adjust the volume so for empathic gifts to be used for healing this can be done by intention. Simply state, “Using the energy of the Empath Protection Activation and Clearing System I adjust the volume of my empathic gifts for the purpose of healing.”

Whatever the intention for your Empathic protection may be simply create your own intention statement just like the ones above.

To activate the clearing simply state, “I now activate the Empath Protection Clearing now.” Allow the energy to run for thirty minutes.

Empath Protection Activation and Clearing Attunement Activating this energy is not complicated therefore you can activate the energy with any attunement procedure or method for which you are accustomed or feel comfortable with using.

Before you begin the attunement process, activate the Empath Protection Activation if the recipient has any intentions at the time of the attunement. Run the Empath Protection Clearing for the recipient. Then ask the recipient of the attunement to sit in front of you. Ask them to take two to three deep breathes and to close their eyes.

At that time, all you need do is ask the Higher Self of the recipient to receive the energies of the Empath Protection Activation and Clearing Attunement that you are sending to the Crown Chakra. Ask for the Divine’s assistance in the process. Focus the energy through the Crown Chakra with the intention of attuning them to the Empath Protection Activation and Clearing for their Highest Good.

Distance attunements will be done in the same fashion except you will be doing so by visualization, in your mind’s eye. You will simply do everything mentioned above by visualizing in your mind sending the energy to the Crown Chakra with the intention of attuning the recipient to the Empath Protection Activation and Clearing.

No matter which procedure you choose for sending the attunement, the recipient simply needs to state, either out loud or silently, “I AM NOW RECEIVING THE EM PA T H

PR OT ECT ION A CT IV A T ION A ND CL EA R ING SENT BY (YOUR NAME) FOR MY HIGHEST GOOD.” Then all the recipient needs to do is let the energy flow which takes approximately thirty minutes.

When you are done, thank the Higher Self and the Divine for their assistance in the attunement process.
