• After project activity implementation vendor shall perform : ¾

Measurement Lock Value (CSSR>= 88.00% & CDR=99.00% HOSR>=99.00% & CDR =99.00% HOSR>=99.00% & CDR =98.95%, HOSR>=98.95% & CDR= 90 (for all OSS & DT), and can be achieved at defined time frame KPI Cluster Level : • KPI Cluster Level will be implemented to Modernization (Swap), Reparenting & LAC Splitting Activity • KPI Cluster Level acceptance will be based on cluster level achievement for OSS & DT • Each site in a cluster level should achieve OSS KPI Basic for New Site Target as minimum performance • KPI Score for each site in a cluster is same, refer to KPI Cluster Score itself • OSS measurement data for baseline & achievement based on 1 week measurement data (7x24 hours), starting from Monday to Sunday • If in cluster level baseline of CSSR>=99.00% HOSR>=99.00% & CDR =99.00% HOSR>=99.00% & CDR =98.95%, HOSR>=98.95% & CDR= 90 (for all OSS & DT), and can be achieved at defined time frame Others : •
