Latar Belakang  





Kecelakaan yang menimpa kontraktor tinggi. Kelalaian yang dilakukan kontraktor dapat menimbulkan bahaya bagi operasi perusahaan dan menimbulkan kecelakaan an mem en aruhi kiner a K3 erusahaan. Kegiatan Kontraktor harus dikelola dengan baik untuk menjamin keselamatan dalam setiap kegiatan kerja kontraktor. Pengelolaan Kontraktor melalui Contractor  Safety Management System (CSMS)

Mengevaluasi atas dasar daftar isian yang administratif, pengalaman dalam K3, organisasi K3, personnel K3 yang dimiliki, record K3 di proyek sebelumnya, Manual K3 yang dimiliki, serta referensi yang pernah diperoleh.

Dilaksanakan setelah pemenang/pelaksana pekerjaan ditetapkan. Dilaksanakan kegiatan awal sebagai persiapan sebelum pekerjaan dijalankan meliputi antara lain :     
