COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT I, JULIA MONTES, of legal age, single, Filipino, college student, residing at Bayan Park Village, Aurora Hill, Baguio City, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state: 1. That I am instituting this CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against Coco Martin of legal age, Filipino citizen, with postal address at No. 50 Bonifacio Street, Baguio City, as defined and penalized under Article 315, paragraph 1(b) of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines, as amended. That on July 8, 2015, in the City of Baguio, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable Court, accused Coco Martin [hereinafter “Accused”] was given the amount of Php 10,000.00 in trust by the private complainant Julia Montes, with the corresponding obligation of using the money to purchase, on her behalf, an AYSUS G1-N00 17-inch Laptop from LOZADA, an online shop.

The accused did then and

there wilfully, unlawfully, and feloniously misappropriated or converted, to the damage and prejudice of the private complainant, the money received in trust for his own
