Description

ావ కు౦డ/House Chart-cusp. • Zodiac consists of 3600 (ా చక ). 3600 Zodiac is divided into 12 parts each consisting of 300 These divisions are called sign( ా ). All these 12 signs rise from East to West. Ascendant (లగ) is that part of Zodiac which rises in the eastern horizon at the time of event. This lagna is the beginning point of the horoscope. The extension of each and individual house need not be 300.

How to Prepare Bhava Chart. • To prepare the Bhava chart find the middle point of bhava and its adhi and anthya. For that We need : • 1. Longitude of Lagna. • 2. Longitude of 10th house. • According to Parasaraha – Hindu system all houses are divided into unequal house/bhava

We have identified the Bhava madyas of all the Bhavas. Now we have to find out the Bhava Sandhi (Joining points). That is arrived as follows:

Length of the Arc between `X’ Cusp and Lagna is 3s 050 41’. Divide this by 6 to know the different Bhava Sandhi/Joints between 10th cusp and the lagna = 3s 050 41’ = 950 41’/6 = 150 56’ 50”. Similarly – Length of Arc between 1st Cusp and 4th Cusp = 2s 240 19’ = 840 19’ divide this by 6 to know the different Bhava Sandhi between lagna and 4th. i.e., 840 19’/6 = 140 3’ 10”.

Bhava sandhis between 1st & 4th bhava Bhava madya of Lagna -> Add bhava Sandhi frac.of 1st to 4th. Bhava sandhi of 1st Cusp Add the same fraction. Bhava madya of 2nd Cusp. Add the same fraction. Bhava Anthya of 2nd Cusp. Add the same fraction. Bhava madya of 3rd Bhava Add the fraction again. 3rd and 4th Bhava Sandhi Add the fraction. Bhava madya of 4th Bhava.

Technic of reading a Bhava and Rasi. • Reading the Bhava: Conjunction, aspect, Trine, quadrines (trikona and Kendra) are all taken from the Bhava Chakra. • Reading the Rasi: Swakshetra, Uchcha kshetra, Moola trikona, Tatwa, Dagda, etc., are taken from the Rasi chakra only.

Example Chart

Sample Chart:

“SRIPATHY PADATHY”. • When the lagna is in Sandhi of a Sign it becomes weak because it will have the influence of two signs but any planet posited 150 (appx) away from the lagna will not give the results of that house. It gives the effect of next house which is nearer to it. This change was studied by Rishi Sripathi and introduced the system as “SRIPATHY PADATHY”.

Other systems • There are other systems which divide the houses in equal parts from lagna i.e., 150 on either side of the lagna or bhava madya. In KP system the point of lagna itself is the starting point of the bhava and other bhavas are formed as per their table. In vedic astrology Sripathy system is accepted.

Sooksmadipatis of Different Bhavas

ావప / Lord of the House

• First ascertain in which constellation/ star the Bhava Madya falls. Then find out in which sign the constellation falls. Then that sign lord will be the lord of the Bhava.

“ారెూౕ ావ&ా'ాయ” • If Karaka is there in the bhava he will distroy the benefics/ karaka of that Bhava. • If Karaka planet is strong (like exhaultation, own house, friends house) they will enhance the Bhava results. If Karaka is weak (debilitation, enimies house) they will harm the Bhava.

Consideration to know the Bhava Power. • (1) Bhava (2) Bhava Lord (3) Karaka of the Bhava (4) Planet/s Posited in that Bhava (5) Planet/s aspecting the Bhava. • These are very much necessary to consider a Bhava. • Example: 1. Bhava – Sun /Aries 2. Karaka – Sun. • 3. Bhava Lord – Mars. 4. Planet posited – Sun & Jupiter. 5. Aspect – Mars. • Lords of 6, 8, 12 are bad for the Bhava.

Example Chart of Bhava. • For Makara lagna/Bhava (బుధ, ర, గురు ర గురు) • Mercury, Sun, Jupiter are bad. In the same way for all bhavas 6,8,12 bhava lords are bad.
