12. RAC/partially c onfirmed Ticket can be cancelled upto thirty minutes before sc heduled departure of the t rain. Howev er, refund will be granted as per provisions of extant Railway Ref und Rule. 13. In case, on a party e-ticket or a family e-ticket issued f or travel of more than one passenger, some passengers have conf irmed reserv ation and others are on RAC or waiting list, f ull refund of f are , less clerkage, shall be admissible for conf irmed passengers also subject to t he condition that the tick et shall be cancelled online or online TDR shall be filed for all the passengers upto t hirty minutes bef ore the scheduled departure of t he train. 14. For Suvidha Train , only 50% ref und is allowed in case of cancellation of Conf irm/RAC t ickets upto 6 hours bef ore the scheduled departure of t he train or preparation of chart whichever is earlier. 15. In case of Train Cancellation, f ull refund will be granted automatically by the Sy stem. However, if the train is cancelled partially on its run, passengers are required to file TDR within 72hrs f rom schedule departure of the train f rom the passenger's boarding station. 16.
