Safety is concerned with haards to humans that result from sudden severe conditions. Health is concerned with disease causing conditions. Health deals with adverse reactions to prolonged e#posure to dangerous but less intense haards. $n overly stressed wor%er may be prone to unintentionally forget safety precautions and thus may cause an accident. 
