Symptom Create a value contract and assign it as source for two purchase requisitions. Value of individual PR does not exceed target value. Use ME21N and convert first PR to PO. Again in the same session, create new PO against second PR. System did not result in error 06 042 (Target value of contract & exceeded by &&) even though target value of the contract is exceeded.  Also when you convert PR to PO using ME59N, result in test mode and productive productive mode is different when per requisition is set in selection screen.
