2. Társas kapcsolatok: szerepek a családban, férfi-nő kapcsolat, munkahelyi kapcsolatrendszerek There are families, where the domestic affairs are arranged only by the women. Nowadays the women also work, so they have to share more with their husbands and can expect help from them at home and with the children. You can’t deprive a woman of her right to earn her own living, find pleasure in her work and keep in touch with real life. A housewife does about 10 jobs. Families should have a woman in for some hours every day to do the housework. Some women hold high positions and are good mothers and housewives at the same time. Usually a man wears the trousers in a family. It depends on the members of the couple. Men are usually good at repairing household devices. A handyman can fix a dripping tap, replace a light bulb and so on. Nowadays a father also can stay at home with the new-born baby. In practise, however, it is still the mother who goes on maternity leave for one, two or sometimes three years. Regarding the man-woman relationship, we can talk about pre-arranged marriages, for example in India. It means, that the parents of the couple agree on the marriage of their children. I don’t think that I would be able to live with someone who is not chosen by me. I believe it’s very important to to know and cohabit with the person you want to establish a family with. I don’t think that there is an ideal age to start a family. It depends on the person, his/her maturity and way of thinking. Nowadays, as more and more people go to university, an ideal period can be after graduating. Getting married early is not very fashionable nowadays. Young people want to study instead of starting a family. They think that they should enjoy life until they can. The advantage of an early marriage is that the generation gap between the parents and the children would be not so large. However, most early marriages end in divorce. These people are not mature enough to bring up children It is very difficult to make ends meet. Regarding to relationships at workplaces, I am lucky, because I have friendly, nice, sociable, funny colleagues. We help each other, we make each other happy and we are always joking. It is very good, when people, who work together, get along well with each other. This makes work more easier and efficient.
