It is not possible to uninstall GATEWAY 2.0 Before you install the GATEWAY 2.0, keep in mind that you cannot uninstall ABAP add-ons.

Required release GATEWAY 2.0 requires Enhancement Package 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 or more recent Enhancement Packages Installation of framework componenets requires following components and Support Packages Component Release Support Package GW_CORE 200: SAP_BASIS 702 SAPKB70207 or SAP_BASIS 731 SAPKB73101 Please note: GW_CORE 200 is not released for SAP_BASIS 740. The successor is IW_FNDGC 100. The installation of IW_FNDGC 100 requires a stack XML SAPKB74001 SAPK-74001INSAPGWFND for installation on SAP NW AS ABAP 7.4 FOR SUITE or for installation on SAP NetWeaver 7.4

If you have not yet installed the required Support Packages, you can include them in the installation of GATEWAY 2.0 components.

IMPORTANT : While upgrading IW_CBS 200, also IW_CNT needs to be upgraded to 200 together .If both the components are not upgraded together , the installation will fail with unresolveable conflicts . Optional Installation Components If you intend to create Gateway content with the Backend Publisher or Screen Scraping you need to install in SAP ERP 6.0 system the following additional components: IW_BEP 200 IW_SCS 200 Installation of these optional component (IW_BEP 200 and IW_SCS 200)requires the following minumum components and Support Packages Component IW_BEP 200: SAP_BASIS OR SAP_BASIS OR SAP_BASIS OR SAP_BASIS

All the Gateway 2.0 components ( GW_CORE 200,IW_CNT 200 IW_CBS 200 IW_FND 250 IW_BEP 200 and IW_SCS 200 )can also be installed on a Netweaver 700 EHP3 systems or Netweaver 730 EHP1 system.based on the import conditions. However to define the queue in SAINT or to install the add-on on a NW731 system please include the released ACP(attribute change package) for the addon "IW_FND====250" released in SMP. http://service.sap.com/swdc    ->Search for Support Packages and Patches

       ->IW_FND====250 The WEBCUIF 731 Installation is also available on the GATEWAY CD 51045609. Please make sure the ACP(CSN0120061532_0059895 PAT) is in your EPS/in directory of your transport directory in OS level. The ACP is also part of SP03 of IW_FND 250 so no such action is required when the queue is defined along with SP03 of GW 2.0. If you want to upgrade from GW_CORE 190 or IW_FND 240 to GW_CORE 200 please ensure that the ACP GW_CORE===200 is also available in EPS/in directory. l

If all of the necessary conditions for importing the add-on have been fulfilled, the system will now display the relevant queue. The queue consists of the add-on package and can also contain Support Packages and other add on packages. To start the installation process, choose 'Continue'.

Delivery Customizing Delivery Customizing is imported only into client 000. If you want to copy Customizing into existing clients, read Note 337623.

Kernel Patch When playing certain transactions by using Transactional Remote Control one does not get fields from all sub-screens. An example is transaction VA03 where fields for the sub-screen '4401' are missing.This behaviour is due to a bug in the SAP Kernel. A fix has been provided. Please see SAP Note 1547703.

9. Language support l

GATEWAY 2.0 is delivered  in Arabic ,German ,English,Spanish ,French,Hebrew,Italian ,Japanese,Portuguese,Russian,Turkish ,Chinese trad,Chinese. The language is contained in the add-on package, and you do not need to import any additional language packages.
