1. Purpose - To inform all ASCs of advice concerning IMEI writing error messages. 2. Prerequisite Condition - The latest version of launcher, runtime, and model file have to be used when IMEI writing. - Ensure you check GSPN / HHP svc daily for updates and ensure you have downloaded the latest version of SW in the phone. 3. Instruction - Refer to the below symptoms and solutions in using Da-Seul IMEI writing program. - If you have another problem, please advise Samsung HQ by sending an error report including error screenshot, log file, and CAB files used. - For advice regarding how to do this please see “SVC Bulletin: 12-19 IMEI Writing Error Report - using Da-Seul_rev 3.0.pdf Symptom Failed to create empty document
