1 GEN ERA L 1.1 Scope of the manual 3

The scope of this manual is to provide all information required to use the pCO control. This version of the manual has been updated to software version 2.5. The new software has involved a large number of amendments so it is advisable to use relative manuals for previous versions of the software.

1.2 Control functions 3

The pCO microprocessor electronic control with the FLBB0MP20A program is for managing chiller units and heat pumps. The program can be configured to manage units with water and air condensation, tube and plate heat exchangers, separate and parallel cooling circuits. Management of chiller units means controlling safe operation of the components during their intended operation phases. Furthermore, if a single card does not offer a sufficient number of inputs and outputs, several cards can be interconnected to form a local pLAN network.

Each branch is at a different access level which may be password protected or require a particular combination of buttons. If no buttons are pressed for 5 minutes, regardless of which branch you are in, the control automatically returns to the main menu. The values and settings in the branches of the manual are for illustrative purposes only, and not those on the units. The real values on the installed controls differ according to the unit’s installation and features.

3.2 The list of branches These are the branches: Service, Maintenance, GSM, Clock, Menu, Set, I/O and Log. To access the branches, press the “prg” button and the control displays a branch with a continuous loop where all the available menus are mentioned on three lines. The branch comprises two lateral lines of normal width and a double central line corresponding to the selected branch, as shown in the example. M_MAIN_SCROLL Change
