Sachette Leonie My grandfather use to plant and drink his own coffee with coconut milk. Miss him and those days. I use it in my hair, on my skin, and use it to cook. Recently an elderly lady told me her husband's neurologist recommend it for her husband who has signs of dementia. My mother use to make the oil when I was young - I planned on doing so when i go home.

Anthea Sletcher Ex Scott Your mother was a very special lady, always helping anyone she could, her home was always open to all your friends n there were a lot of us, she always made u feel welcome, always jolly n shared everything even when she had so little. Yes, she certainly was an exceptional lady. Wish we'd written down all our folks remedies n fertilisers. My dad could grown anything with his mixture, if only we'd taken more interest then. Sure we'd have so many natural cures. What wonderful times we had
