Introduce eHRIS and its main features to HRMO and ITO in the Regional and Divi Divisi sion on Lev Level els; s; Develop, calibrate, and enhance the knowledge of participants on the usage and implementation of the eHRIS; Strengthen linkages among t he participants in providing technical and policy support related to the usage of and implem eme enta ntation of eH eHR RIS; IS;

Workshop Objectives

 Allow the SDOs to come up with a plan on how to conduct the encoding of ePDS for school personnel;









Collect the draft SDO ePDS completion plan; Provide selected school personnel the basics and experience of encoding the ePDS; and Facilitate the completion of ePDS at least 2, 160 school personnel.

 Enhance

HR systems and processes to support personnel in delivery of prompt, uninterrupted, efficient, and responsive services to its clients;

 Single

source of truth (SSOT) for HR information and organizational structure includes

Personal Services Itemization Plantilla of Personnel (PSI-POP);

HR Dashboard Integrates information from multiple modules into

a unified display  Currently displays birthdays and announcements.

provides a near real-time information on employee daily time record (DTR); Enables all personnel to track and monitor their

attendance more accurately; and Provide on-line application and approval of

deficiency forms

Service Request Will deliver an easy to use self service workflow

that automates common and repetitive HR services processes. Current and future service requests will include but not limited to are
