That, I, Stannis Baratheon, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with address at 5 Maginhawa St., Diliman, Quezon City FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) paid by Sansa Stark likewise Filipino, of legal age, single, and with address at 12 Vito Cruz Street, Manila, have sold, transferred, and conveyed, and by these presents do hereby SELL, CEDE, and TRANSFER unto the said Sansa Stark, her heirs and assigns, one (1) Australian Brangus cow, described as follows: One (1) Australian Brangus cow Age ___3 years___ Sex __Female___ Cowlicks ___3____( between the eyes, shoulder, and neck) Brand __Left Hip Cattle A/B____ as shown in the Certificate of Ownership No. 1234 issued in the Municipality of Pagbilao, Province of Quezon.
