Nozzle Heaters
Tip/Type DH200, DH200H, DH400, DH400 H Aplicatii: • Incalzirea duzelor pe masinile de injectie si aplicatii similare. Constructie: • Sarma rezistenta in izolatie speciala de mica complet incastrat intr-un tub de alama fara sudura, sau in tub din otel inoxidabil pentru a impiedica patrunderea plasticului. Modele: • Conexiune robusta cu acoperire cu otel, lungime cablu: 300mm (standard), alte lungimi la cerere. Sunt disponibile diferite tipuri de intrare si unghi a cablurilor (a se vedea schitele). Intrarea cablului standart: Tipul 1 - la 45° de grade
Application: • Heating of nozzles on injection moulding machines and similar applications. Construction: • Resistance wire in special micanite insulation, completely enclosed in a seamless brass tube, or stainless steel tube to prevent plastic ingress.
• Disponibile deasemenea cu gauri sau cu termocuple incorporate. * Este disponibil separat si termocuplu de alama tip inel (Nr.-Art. TF 2105).
• Available also with holes or built-in thermocouples.
Models: • Sturdy steel connection cover Cable length: 300 mm (standard), other lengths on request. Different cable entry/angles (see sketches) are available. Standard cable entry: Type 1 - 45° degrees.

Tip/Type KH200, KH200H Aplicatii: Incalzirea duzelor si matritelor, mai ales in cazurile in care sunt disponibile pentru montare in spatii limitate. De exemplu: la blocurile canalelor calde.
Application: Heating of nozzles and moulds, especially in cases where only limited space is available for mounting. For example: runners with manifolds.
Constructie: Sarma rezistenta in izolatie speciala de mica, incastrat intrun tub de alama. Nu este complet sigilat.
Construction: Resistance wire in special micanite insulation, encased in a brass tube. Not completely sealed.
Modele: Conectarea prin intermediul a doua conductoare, cu izolatie cu fibra de sticla. Lungime cablu: 300mm (standard), alte lungimi la cerere. • Cablu de intrare tip radial (Tip1) sau tip axial (Tip2). • Deasemenea disponibile cu gauri.
Models: Connection by means of two glass fibre insulated leads. Cable length: 300 mm (standard), other lengths on request. • Radial cable entry (Type 1), or axial cable entry (Type 2). • Also available with holes.

Aplicatii: Incalzirea utilajelor, matritelor si cilindrilor pe masinile de prelucrare a maselor plastice si aplicatii similare.
Application: Heating of tools, moulds and cylinders on plastic processing machines and similar applications.
Constructie: Sarma rezistenta in izolatie speciala de mica, incastrat in tabla de aliaj de nichelina si otel, cu banda de prindere din aliaj de aluminiu si otel, cu fixare cu role si suruburi.
Construction: Resistance wire in special mica insulation, encased in nickel alloy sheet steel with clamping band made from aluminium-alloy sheet steel and roller bolt fastening.
Modele: Sunt disponibile cu gauri, cu piese de fixare pentru termocuple si cu decupari cu conditia ca dimensiunile sa permita. • Conectarea alimentarii cu prize, cutie de borne sau cabluri montate. • Deasemenea disponibile cu placi de alama conductoare de caldura.

Constructie: Sarma rezistenta in izolatie speciala de nica, incastrat in tabla de aliaj de nichelina si otel cu placa de strangere cu grosimea de 8,0 mm, lacuit, cu margine de protectie si izolatie cu grosimea de 2,0 mm fixata prin intermediul suruburilor M8 si a piulitelor. Modele: Latimi standard: 20,25,30,35,40,45,50,60,70,75,80,90,100 mm etc.
Application: Heating of tools and moulds in the plastic processing industry and similar applicatons. Aplicatii: Incalzirea matritelor si cilindrilor pe masinile de prelucrare a maselor plastice si aplicatii similare. Constructie: Sarma rezistenta montata in componente speciale ceramice care sunt rezistente la temperaturi ridicate, cu banda de prindere din aliaj de aluminiu si otel, inclusiv cu role si suruburi de prindere (La cerere cu arcuri de tensionare). Modele: Sunt disponibile jumatati de benzi sau segmente. Sunt disponibile cu gauri, cu piese de fixare pentru termocuple si cu decupari cu conditia ca dimensiunile sa permita. • Conectarea alimentarii cu prize, cutie de borne sau cabluri montate. Latime: Datorita dimensiunilor componentelor ceramice, rezistentele sunt disponibile numai cu urmatoarele latimi: 21, 36, 51, 66, 81, 96, 111, 126, 141, 156, 171, 186, 201, 216 mm, si apoi crescand cu trepte de 15,0 mm.
Application: Heating of moulds and cylinders on plastic processing machines and similar applications. Construction: Resistance wire mounted in special ceramic components, which are resistant to high temperature with clamping band from aluminium alloy steel sheet and including insulating liner and roller bolt fastening (if required with tensioning springs). Models: Half bands or segments available. Available with bore holes, thermocouple bridges and cut-outs provided that the measurements permit. • Power connection via plug socket, terminal box or securely mounted cable. Width: Due to the measurements of the ceramic components heaters are only available with the following widths: 21, 36, 51, 66, 81, 96, 111, 126, 141, 156, 171, 186, 201, 216 and then increasing only by 15 mm increments.

Constructie: Sarma rezistenta elicoidala montata in componente speciale ceramice (vedeti imaginea) care sunt rezistente la temperaturi ridicate, optional cu placa contact de presiune.
Construction: Spirally wound resistance wire mounted in special ceramic components (see picture), which are resistant to high temperatures, optionally with contact pressure plate.

Tip/Type AH230
Aplicatii: Incalzirea matritelor si cilindrilor pe masinile de prelucrare a maselor plastice si aplicatii similare.
Application: Heating of tools and moulds in the plastic processing industry or similar.
Constructie: Rezistente tubulare incorporate in aluminiu, care corespund cererii de proiectare, cu suprafete prelucrate. Fixari disponibile cu gauri sau (pentru constructii cilindrice) cu benzi metalice. Rezistentele electrice turnate in aluminiu sunt puternice si robuste. Acestea sunt deosebit de adecvate in conditiile in care predomina umiditatea si condensul.
Construction: Tubular heater built in aluminium, corresponding to the required design, with a machined surface. Descriere: Indiferent de tipul de masina, mansonul de izolatie ISOWEMA® poate fi produs individual pentru fiecare banda de incalzire. Conectarea electrica si senzorii pot fi cazati. Aceasta este construita din mai multe straturi de materiale izolatoare (grosimi: 15 - 25 mm) cu un grad ridicat de stabilitate a temperaturii, rezultand in temperatura de suprafata si pierderile de energie fiind reduse.
Description: Regardless of type of machine, ISOWEMA® insulation covers can be individually produced for each heater band. The electrical connection and sensors can be accomodated. It is constructed of several layers of insulation material, (Thickness: 15 - 25 mm) with high temperature stability, resulting in the surface temperature and the loss of energy being reduced.
Constructie: Fibra de lana, consolidat mecanic cu fibra de sticla este cusuta intr-o tesatura de sticla cu abraziune impermeabila. Ambele materiale au o stabilitate permanenta de temperatura de pana la 500 oC. Suprafata exterioara a izolatiei consta dintr-un material cu o abraziune impermeabila ridicata, care rezista impotriva impuritatilor si materialului plastic.
Construction: Mechanically consolidated glass fibre fleece is sewn in an abrasion proofed glass fabric. Both materials have a permanent temperature stability up to 500 oC. The outer surface of the insulation consists of a highly abrasion proofed material which resists both dirt and plastic material.

Constructie: Carcasa exterioara realizata din tabla de aliaj de aluminiu si otel inoxidabil cu capac detasabil pentru o asamblare simpla. Flansa de montare pentru ventilator de racire (vedeti pagina 1.14 si 1.15). Constructie speciala a canalelor interne de distributie a aerului si a gaurilor de evacuare. Cutie de borne spatioase pentru conectari electrice. Sunt disponibile cu gauri, cu piese de fixare pentru termocuple si cu decupari cu conditia ca dimensiunile sa permita.
Construction: Outer casting made from aluminium alloy steel sheet or stainless steel sheet, with detachable cover for simple assembly. Mounting flange for cooling fan (see page 1.14 and 1.15). Specially designed internal air distribution channels and exhaust vents. Spacious terminal box for electrical connection. Available with bore holes, thermocouple bridges and cut outs provided that the measurements permit.

Instructiuni de utilizare: Toate rezistentele de incalzire sunt produse pentru a fi utilizate doar pentru scopul original. Rezistentele sunt protejate impotriva coroziunii print procesul de acoperire galvanica a suprafetei. Este necesar protejarea rezistentelor impotriva patrunderii apei, uleiului si altor substante lichide. Rezistentele cu puteri de peste 4000W trebuie sa fie elaborate pe ceramica. Rezistentele cu gauri multiple si decupari trebuie executate cu o placa de transfer termic din alama pentru a compensa zonele din jurul gaurilor si a decupajelor. Pentru conectarea electrica utilizati un cablu izolat, rezistent la temperatura.
Instructions for use: All our heater bands are only to be used for the original purpose. The heaters are protected against corro- sion by galvanical surface coating process. It is necessary to protect the heaters against penetration of water, oil and other liquid substances. Heaters with more than 4000 W should be elaborated on Ceramic. Heaters with multiple borings and cut outs should be made with a heat transfer sheet from brass, to compensate the bumpiness around the borings and cut outs. For electrical connection use a sufficient heat-resistant insulated cable, only.
Montare: Rezistentele normale pentru duze si cilindri sunt livrate cu diametru interior extensibil. Inainte de utilizare a rezistentelor, strangeti suruburile de strangere a benzilor. La prima utilizare a rezistentei, pana cand acesta ajunge la temperatura maxima, urmariti suruburile de strangere si stangeti-le in cazul in care este necesar in timpul procesului. Daca exista mai multe suruburi de strangere, trebuie sa cresteti presiunea asupra suruburilor in ordine schimbatoare. Functionarea perfecta a rezistentelor este garantata numai atunci cand rezistenta este montata in mod corespunzator pe masina sau utililaj, pentru functionarea la un nivel optim a transferului de caldura. Daca rezistentele nu sunt montate destul de stranse, transferul de caldura nu este optima, si in acest fel rezistentele pot fi usor distruse. Durata de viata a rezistentelor depinde de montarea corecta a acestoara.
Fitting: Normal Ring- and Cylinder heater bands are up to the exact measurement of their inner-diameter spreadable. Before taking the heaters in use, tighten the clampingscrews of the heater bands. While taking the heaters in use for the first time until they reach their maximum temperature, watch the clamping- screws and tighten them if necesssary during this process. If there is more than one clamping-screw, you have to increase pressure on the screws in changing order. The flawless function of the heaters is only guaranteed when it is assured that the heater is properly fitted to the machine or tool to work at an optimum level of heat transfer. If heaters are not fitted enough the heat transfer is interrupted, so heaters can easily be destroyed. Lifetime of heaters is dependable on the correct mounting.
Demontare: In timpul demontarii rezistentelor este important ca acestea sa nu se deformeze pentru posibilitatea reutilizarii acestora. Va rugam sa folositi vazelina noastra speciala pentru a preveni coroziunea suruburilor de strangere.
Dismantling: While dismounting heaters it is important not to deform them, to preserve the possibility of using them again. Please use our special grease to prevent screws from corrosion.

Calibrarea: Pentru a da pozitia corecta a conectarii electrice si a gaurilor, utilizati sistemul sensului acelor de ceasornic. Partea de prindere a rezistentei trebuie sa fie pozitionata la „ora 6“. Din aceasta pozitie trebuie sa va referiti pentru calibrare. De exemplu: „ora 9“ ar fi echivalent cu -90 grade, „ora 12“ ar fi echivalent cu 0 grade.
Calibration: To give the position of the electric connection and the boring, use the clockwise system. The clamping part of the heater should face “6 o`clock“. From this position on you should work with the calibration. For example: “9 o`clock“ would be equivalent -90 degrees, “12 o`clock“ would be equivalent to 0 degrees.
