Something about me ...
Dear crocheter, hello! People say, that a lot of time spent only with yourself makes you find out who you really are. I discovered crocheting years ago. At first I was only admireing little crochet things made for babies, but then I became curious and wanted to try crocheting by myself. It was a new way to fill up my free time. With every finished product I have made, my passion only grew bigger and that lead me to the point I’m standing today. Each pattern contains lots of love, time and effort, so do not copy this pattern and sell or post it as your own. Also do not republish photos as your own, but feel free to share my facebook page and links to the patterns.

• 3,5 mm hook; • yarn needle; • stitch markers; • SuperPreis wool for 3 - 3,5 mm hook - I used grey, SchoellerStahl Bahia wool for 3,5 - 4 mm hook - i used yellow.

Crocheting the sole of the shoe:

Use yarn (3,5 - 4 mm) and crochet with 3,5 mm hook. Tutorial for three sizes; newborn - 3 months and (3 - 6 months, 6 - 9 months).

Step 1: Chain 11 (12, 13)
Step 2: Work 2 hdc into the 2nd chain from hook. Hdc 8 (9, 10), work 6 hdc into the last chain. Hdc 8 (9, 10), work 2 hdc into the last chain. Join with ss into the 1st hdc. = 26 sts (28, 30 sts)

Step 3: Ch 1, 2 sc into the same stitch as ch 1, 2 sc, sc 8 (9, 10), hdc, 2 hdc into the next 6, hdc, sc into the next 8 (9, 10), 2 sc into the last stitch. Join with ss into the 1st sc. = 36 sts (38, 40 sts)
Step 4: Ch 1, hdc into the same stitch as ch 1, 2 hdc, hdc, 2 hdc, hdc 9 (10, 11), *2 hdc, 1 hdc* 6 times, hdc 8 (9, 10), *2 hdc, 1 hdc* into the last 4 stitches. Ss into the first hdc. = 47 sts (49, 51 sts)
Step 5: Ch 1, turn. Work ss all around to form a border, end with slip stitch into the stitch, where you’ve made ch 1. Fasten off. = 48 sts (50, 52 sts) Make two of them.

Crocheting the upper part of the shoe:

Step 6: Change the yarn color. Ch 1, sc into the same stitch as ch 1, work sc all around. Join with ss into the first sc. = 48 sts (50, 52 sts)
Step 7: Ch 1, do 1 hdc into the same stitch as ch 1, work hdc all around. Join into the first hdc you’ve made. = 48 sts (50, 52 sts)

Step 8: Ch 1, work 1 sc into the next stitch, sc, sc2tog. Sc 8 (9, 10), hdc 2. Dc2tog 10 times. Hdc 2, sc 8 (9, 10), sc2tog, sc 2. Join with slip stitch into the first sc. = 36 sts (38, 40 sts)
Step 9: Ch 1, sc into the same stitch as ch 1, sc 11 (12, 13), hdc 2. Dc2tog 4 times. Hdc 2, sc 12 (13, 14). Join with slip stitch into the first sc. = 32 sts (34, 36 sts)
Step 10: Ch 1, sc in the same stitch as ch 1, sc 10 (11, 12), hdc 2. Dc2tog 3 times. Hdc 2, sc 11 (12, 13). Join with slip stitch into the first sc. = 29 sts (31, 33 sts)

Step 11: Ch 1, hdc into the same stitch as ch 1, hdc all around. Join with slip stitch into the first hdc. = 29 sts (31, 33 sts) Fasten off.

Step 13: Work dc 4, hdc around and make dc again into the last 4 stitches. Fasten off.
Change the yarn color. In the front middle of the shoe find the center you will be crocheting all around, except into 4 stitches into the middle of the shoe.

Step 12: Start crocheting into 3rd stitch right from the center, ch 1 and work sc all around till 3rd stitch left from the center, ch 2, turn. Hdc all around, ch 2, turn.
