ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺪﻣﺔ
ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻧﺤﺎء ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺰﻳﺪ ﻋﻦ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺍﻵﻝﻑ ﻟﻐﺔ ﻭﻟﻬﺠﺔ ﻣﺤﻠﻴﺔ ﻭﻫﻨﺎﻙ ﻟﻬﺠﺎﺕ ﻟﻴﺴﺖ ﻟﻬﺎ ﺣﺮﻭﻑ ﺗﻜﺘﺐ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﻘﺒﺎﺋﻞ. ﺗﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﺍﻟﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻻﻧﺠﻠﻴﺰﻳﺔ ،ﻣﻦ ﺃﻭﺳﻊ ﻟﻐﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺍﻧﺘﺸﺎﺭﺍً ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﻮﺏ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻣﻨﺎﻫﺞ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻌﻈﻢ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪﺍﻥ ﻭﺿﻌﺖ ﻟﻬﺎ ﻣﻘﺮﺭﺍﺕ ﻭﺣﺼﺼﺎ ً ﻏﻴﺮ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﻠﻢ ﺍﻻﻧﺠﻠﻴﺰﻳﺔ ﻭﺇﺗﻘﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻬﻮﻟﺔ ﺑﻤﻜﺎﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻟﻴﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﺎﻧﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﻄﻼﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﺍﺭﺳﻮﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺼﺎﻋﺐ ﻭﺗﺪﻧﻲ ﺩﺭﺟﺎﺗﻬﻢ ﻭﻧﻌﻨﻰ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺭﺳﻮﻥ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻁﻘﻴﻦ ﺑﻬﺎﻭ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺧﺎﺹ . ﻭﺍﻻﻧﺠﻠﻴﺰﻳﺔ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺃﻳﺔ ﻟﻐﺔ –ﻟﻬﺎ ﺃﺻﻮﻟﻬﺎ ﻭﻗﻮﺍﻋﺪﻫﺎ ﻭﺧﺼﺎﺋﺺ ﻟﻔﻆ ﺣﺮﻭﻓﻬﺎ ﻭﻛﺘﺎﺑﺘﻬﺎ .ﻭﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺃﻟﻔﺖ ﻛﺘﺐ ﻭﻗﻮﺍﻣﻴﺲ ﻛﺜﻴﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻞ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﺡ ﻭﺗﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺭﺳﻴﻦ . ﻭﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻫﻮ ﻣﺤﺎﻭﻟﺔ ﻣﺘﻮﺍﺿﻌﺔ .ﺭﻛﺰﻧﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺳﺎﺳﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺩﺉ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻄﺮﻕ ﻭﻛﺘﺎﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺮﻭﻑ ﺍﻟﻬﺠﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﻧﺠﻠﻴﺰﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺘﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ،ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﺑﻬﺪﻑ ﺯﻳﺎﺩﺓ ﻣﻬﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍء ﻭﺍﻟﺪﺍﺭﺳﻴﻦ ﻟﻜﺘﺎﺑﺔ ﻭﻗﺮﺍءﺓ ﺍﻟﻜﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﻭﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻌﺒﺔ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺸﻜﻞ ﺃﻣﺮﻫﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﺜﻴﺮ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ . ﻭﻛﻠﻨﺎ ﺃﻣﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺤﻘﻖ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻨﺎ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﺎ ﻧﺮﺟﻮ ﻣﻦ ﻓﺎﺋﺪﺓ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻗﺎﺭﺉ .
