Halloween Streamers: Instructions

Step 1: Print out and fold paper along dashed line so that the blank sides of the characters are facing each other. With scissors, cut along the character’s solid lines. Step 2: Cut fishing line, string, or yarn (vary the lengths if you like) to form your streamers. Step 3: Put the fishing line, string, or yarn between the matching circles. Attach the circles with glue or double-stick tape with the string positioned near the fold. Print out multiple copies of the streamers to make a longer garland!
