SCOPE/ PHẠM VI

Prior to Lifting Works, it must have an approved Lifting Plans. Which indicate the type of cranes & lifting gears accessories indicated. The lifting plans must be followed during all lifting works.

General:

Alignment must be performed and inspected critically by the dial gauge ensuring the horizontally and and vertically as per specification required. The final alignment must be done done and verified after connection of suction and discharge pipielines. The alignment fitgures will the tolerance permitted by supplier. ngặt bằng máy đo quay số đảm bảo theo chiều ngang và chiều dọc theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật. Việc căn chỉnh cuối cùng phải được thực hiện và xác minh sau khi kết nối các cá c đường ống hút và xả. Phù hợp căn chỉnh sẽ dung sai cho phép của nhà cung cấp    

All equipment shall be proper leveled, shimmed and aligned with tightenning anchor  bolts. For the alignment or adjusting of equipment, steel shim plates shall be used between each  base plate and equipment footing or mounting pad. Mechanical seals to stay in locked/transport  position and not released. Tất cả các thiết bị phải được cân bằng phù hợp, được chiếu sáng và

căn chỉnh với các bu lông neo được siết chặt. Để căn chỉnh hoặc điều chỉnh thiết bị, các tấm shim thép phải được sử dụng giữa mỗi tấm đế và chân đế thiết bị hoặc bệ lắp. Con dấu cơ khí để ở trong vị trí khóa / vận chuyển và không được nới lỏng

The level shall be checked at the shaft and coupling faces as well as the suction and discharge nozzle for horizontal or vartical position as far as the rotating equipment is concerned. Cao độ

0.05 mm for equipment’s with speed of rotating >1500 RPM.

 

0.08 mm for equipment’s with speed of rotating
